The apartments are situated on the southern slope with dense forests in the surroundings and they offer a beautiful view of the scenery. The location of the apartments under the ridge of the saddle in the forests guarantees pleasant climate for sunbathing even in winter. Snow stays in these parts of the Krkonoše Mountains from the second half of November to Easter on average.

The entire premises are barrier-free and fitted with a glass lift.
