Two apartments are with a terrace and four apartments are of a maisonette type with one or two bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen unit with a dishwasher, a fridge and a microwave oven, a dining table, a comfortable sofa with armchairs, a shower enclosure and a WC, a TV set and Wi-Fi. Almost all apartments are situated towards the south offering a panoramic view.

An advantage is the possibility of buying a cheaper local ski pass for all-day, morning, afternoon from 11 am or 13 pm. Cross-country skiing tracks can take you to the ski slopes in Horní Mísečky and from there directly to Medvědín.
